This is my entry for the IFX Monthly Challenge: A Storm Rising.
My idea for the challenge? The world awakens to a massive ring shaped UFO (ringworld) that completely encompasses our entire planet- First Contact on a global scale.
This is the moment when unmanned drones are launched for surveillance operations.
I wish I had more time to play with it, though thats the beauty of deadlines- submit what you've got and learn from it.
