From Ancient China

I seem to be hooked on forum challenges at the moment. This one is from IFX's August Challenge, "From Ancient China".

I came up with the idea of setting the concept in our distant future where the Shanghai World Financial Center is all that is left "from Ancient China". Civilisation has continued to survive by building onto whats left of the skyscraper.
